Do check out Mark Thwaite's Books of the Year Symposium (of which I'm greatly honored to be a part, if slightly embarrassed to be placed, straggler-fasion, on top). Truly, there is not enough time in the day, nor days in the week..

Oddly enough, "Wittgenstein's Mistress" also made my list this year, as did "For What Tomorrow..." (which just might be among your Derrida picks, I suppose...)

indeed it was, Michael, along with Paper Machine. I just ordered Agamben's latest as well. Might I inquire as to the others?

Thanks for dropping by. (And do check out Long Sunday.)
